Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Company Secretary (CS) degree is essential.
• Preferred Background: An additional degree in Law (LLB) with a focus on corporate law is highly regarded.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, board meeting procedures, and maintenance of statutory registers.
• Financial Knowledge.
• Professional-level written and verbal communication in English\
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
