As a Product Management Intern, you'll work alongside experienced product managers, engineers, and designers to build solutions that solve meaningful customer problems. You'll gain hands-on experience across the product development lifecycle while contributing to products used by millions of users worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Development

• Drive the product development lifecycle for features within 1Password's Unified Access platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful product experiences.
• Help prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs and business goals.

Customer Research & Discovery

• Conduct customer interviews and gather user feedback.
• Build customer empathy by understanding user pain points, workflows, and challenges.
• Represent the "voice of the customer" throughout the product development process.

Feature Strategy & Execution

Potential focus areas include:

• Expansion of developer secret scanning and remediation capabilities.
• Credential discovery, rotation, and management tools for administrators.
• Advanced governance features for developer secrets and SSH keys.
• Conditional access policies and security controls for credentials.
• Improvements to security and access management workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with engineering teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Align teams around customer needs and product priorities.

Product Operations & Innovation

• Analyze customer feedback and product usage insights.
• Support experimentation and continuous product improvement.
• Contribute to how Product Management teams leverage AI to improve workflows and decision-making.
