About the Role

Clinikally is looking for a DevOps Intern with strong fundamentals in cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, and containerized deployments.

You'll work closely with the engineering team to build, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure that powers millions of users. This role offers hands-on exposure to modern DevOps practices, Kubernetes-based deployments, cloud infrastructure, and production-scale systems.

What You'll Do

• Assist in deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes (EKS)
• Work with Dockerized services and containerized workflows
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Support infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
• Assist with Helm-based Kubernetes deployments
• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Work on event-driven systems using AWS services like SQS and SNS
• Debug and resolve issues across Linux-based environments
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Understanding of Kubernetes concepts such as Pods, Deployments, and Services
• Familiarity with AWS services (preferred) or GCP
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of networking and system fundamentals
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code concepts
• Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
