About the role: Bring startups and small companies onto SarthiQ and help them hire quality students, from first conversation to first hire. This is a founder-style role: you'll build the playbook, not follow one.

What you'll do:

• Reach out to startups and small companies and get them hiring on SarthiQ (job postings, screening, or managed shortlists)
• Understand each company's real hiring problem, then scope the role, skills, and project fit with them
• Match them with candidates from SarthiQ's verified student pool (Live Projects, AI quality scores)
• Follow every requirement through to hire and keep the recruiter coming back
• Build the outreach process from scratch, and a small team to run it as we grow
• Own your numbers: companies signed, hires made, repeat recruiters

You should have:

• 0-1 year of experience. Freshers with proof of initiative are welcome.
• Experience leading or building a team (college club, event, internship, or side project all count)
• A genuine love for solving other people's problems
• A bias for action: you start today, not after the plan is perfect
• Comfort with ambiguity: no playbook, no hand-holding
• Lucknow/UP network, or willingness to build one fast

Compensation:

• Fixed: ₹2 LPA
• Variable: up to ₹6 LPA, performance-based (per successful hire + repeat-recruiter bonuses)
• Equity: 0 to 2%
