Work: Lead the R&D testing for lead-acid batteries (Flooded, AGM, GEL); develop test plans for lifecycle testers and environmental chambers; conduct failure mode analysis (FMEA) post-lifecycle testing; and prepare documentation for NABL accreditation.

Skills: Battery Chemistry knowledge (Lead-Acid), Data Logging, and Root-Cause Analysis | Mandatory: 3–4 years of hands-on experience and familiarity with IS, IEC, and IEEE standards.
