Role Overview

Revolut is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to identify, build, and scale high-impact new products and business lines. This role offers end-to-end ownership — from idea generation and validation to product launch, growth, and commercial success.

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn bold ideas into scalable businesses within Revolut’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate, validate, and launch new products or business initiatives
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution from zero to scale
• Drive go-to-market strategy, growth, and P&L ownership
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and compliance teams
• Build and lead high-performing teams as initiatives scale
• Use data, customer insights, and market research to guide decision-making

• Experience launching and scaling products in fast-paced environments
