🎯 Key responsibilities

•Source and hire Delivery Executives (riders) in assigned zones.

•Conduct field visits, local campaigns, and candidate outreach.

•Explain job role, earnings & onboarding process to applicants.

•Coordinate walk-ins and onboarding at the center.

•Maintain daily recruitment data & reports.

•Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets

Support documentation and joining formalities.

🧑‍💼 Eligibility criteria

•Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (Any stream).

•Minimum 6 months experience in field sales or recruitment.

•Logistics / delivery hiring experience preferred.

•Comfortable with field work and travelling locally.

•Good communication & convincing skills.
