In this pivotal role, you will work directly with our executive team to underwrite new acquisitions, perform deep-dive research on key variables, and manage both forward-looking projections and historical reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Typing speed of 50+ words per minute and a proven track record of handling confidential information.
• Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
