First Responder Intern — Heart It Out

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru | Mode: On-site

Duration: 6 Months | Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Field: Mental Health / Psychology Support

Role Overview:

You’ll be the first point of contact for people reaching out for therapy or counselling — basically the person who talks to clients before they meet a psychologist and helps them get support smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to queries via phone, WhatsApp & online platforms

Help users book, reschedule, or cancel therapy sessions

Share therapist details & session info

Handle payments, refunds & invoices

Track communications and follow-ups (including abandoned bookings)

Direct cases to the right internal team

Provide a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental interaction

Eligibility / Skills:

Psychology graduates or postgraduates

Good communication & empathy

Multitasking + time-management

Professional behaviour & emotional sensitivity

Work Schedule:

8 hrs/day, 5 days/week, rotational shifts.
