About the Role

Cityfurnish is looking for a highly driven Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the leadership team on strategic projects, business operations, branding, and marketing initiatives.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across teams, and driving execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with leadership on key business initiatives and strategic projects
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support decision-making
• Prepare reports, presentations, business briefs, and documentation
• Assist in managing meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication
• Support branding, marketing, and creative initiatives across channels
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams on campaigns and brand communication
• Help drive social media, website, and marketing execution

Who Should Apply?

• Students or recent graduates from any discipline
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to take ownership and execute independently
• Interest in startups, business strategy, marketing, and operations
• Comfortable working across multiple functions and solving ambiguous problems
• Strong attention to detail and execution mindset

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion, Trello, or similar productivity tools
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or design tools
• Understanding of branding, content, or digital marketing
• Exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, Clevertap, or marketing platforms is a plus
• Previous experience in leadership, operations, marketing, or startup projects is a bonus
