Role Overview

As Oximy's Founding Storyteller, you'll help define how the world understands AI adoption inside companies. Your role will be to simplify complex ideas into compelling stories, videos, and content that people actually engage with and share.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content around AI adoption and workplace trends.
• Own and scale Oximy's content engine across formats.
• Develop launch videos, founder narratives, customer stories, and product walkthroughs.
• Shape the company's brand voice and category positioning.
• Gather audience insights and translate them into product and storytelling improvements.
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and creative freelancers when needed.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of content, videos, writing, or storytelling projects.
• Ability to write, shoot, edit, and publish content independently.
• Understanding of current content trends and digital storytelling.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for technology, AI, and building something from the ground up.
