The Role

We are looking for builders.

Not someone who has only followed tutorials or worked on basic CRUD projects — we want developers who have actually built complex technical products and enjoy solving hard engineering problems.

You will work directly on core product development across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and deployment systems.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale core platform features end-to-end
• Develop robust backend systems and APIs
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend experiences
• Handle deployments, servers, infrastructure, and DevOps workflows
• Work on product architecture, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on rapid product iterations
• Ship fast, experiment, and continuously improve the product experience

Who You Are

• Based in Lucknow (Negotiable)
• No prior work experience required
• Must have built at least one complex technical product/project
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Backend development
• Frontend development
• DevOps / deployment workflows
• Comfortable working across the full stack independently
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• High ownership mindset with strong execution ability
• Fast learner who enjoys building from scratch
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and startup environments
