Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Quality Mindset: Understanding of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Technical Compliance: Knowledge of Equipment Calibration, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Validation & Verification (V&V).
• Process Improvement: Familiarity with Lean Initiatives and Kaizen implementation.
• Communication: Strong oral and written skills to interface with suppliers, operators, and global teams.
