Role Overview:

Understand workflows, meetings & documents

Break complex processes into step-by-step instructions

Write & update manuals, help docs, knowledge articles

Use AI tools for research, summaries & editing

Work with teams and improve clarity/accuracy

Requirements:

BE/BTech/IT or related degree

Good English writing & communication

Analytical thinking + interest in technical writing

Basic understanding of software/tech concepts
