About SarthiQ:

SarthiQ is a student-centric edtech and career development platform helping college students and aspirants with goal-setting, project showcases, exam prep, and cross-campus collaboration. We’re building a LinkedIn-like ecosystem where students grow through community, not isolation. We’re looking for an energetic Growth Hacker who can drive student engagement and rapidly expand our user base across campuses.

Role Overview:

As a Growth Hacker, you’ll be the face of SarthiQ in student communities. You will identify student groups, build partnerships, run campaigns, and promote collaborative projects across colleges. You will be instrumental in acquiring users and nurturing active communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with student communities, clubs, and influencers across colleges.
• Promote SarthiQ in WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram groups relevant to student interests.
• Launch and manage cross-campus projects to foster collaboration between colleges.
• Drive growth campaigns for entrance exam communities (e.g., CAT, UPSC, SSC).
• Plan referral programs, ambassador initiatives, and competitions to onboard new users.
• Analyze growth metrics and optimize strategies for user acquisition and retention.
• Work closely with the content and tech teams to ensure alignment between growth goals and product features.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Strong networking and communication skills (online + on-ground).
• Deep understanding of student life, exam prep culture, and community behavior.
• Experience in running outreach campaigns, student events, or ambassador programs.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (email, Instagram, Telegram).
• Self-driven, highly energetic, and outcome-oriented mindset.
• Previous work in an edtech or community-driven startup is a bonus.

Education:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / BBA / MBA / BCA / MCA or any graduate with strong campus network and outreach ability.
