We are looking for a proactive and creative Growth Intern to help us expand SarthiQ’s reach across colleges and digital platforms.

Role Overview

As a Growth Intern, you will work on increasing student engagement and platform visibility through digital media campaigns and campus outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive student growth through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
• Plan and execute campus outreach initiatives in colleges
• Build relationships with student communities, clubs, and campus representatives
• Create and distribute engaging content to attract students to the platform
• Support campaigns for internships, hiring drives, events, and student communities
• Identify innovative growth opportunities and execute them quickly
• Collect student feedback and suggest improvements for engagement

Requirements

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Active understanding of social media and student trends
• Self-driven, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
• Ability to coordinate with students and college communities
• Interest in startups, education, and student ecosystems
• Prior experience in student clubs, content creation, or campus ambassador programs is a plus
