• Core Mission: You are being brought in to shift Weekday from "organic word-of-mouth" growth to active market expansion, specifically targeting the US startup ecosystem. You will act as a hybrid between a Strategic Marketer and a Business Development Representative (BDR), identifying and onboarding the next wave of high-growth tech companies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strategic Communication: Exceptional written skills are non-negotiable. You need to write outreach that stands out in a crowded US inbox.
• Startup DNA: You must crave "ownership" over "task completion." You are expected to think about why a strategy works, not just execute it.
• Technical Literacy: A basic/informal understanding of Software Engineering roles is a "Good to have"—it helps you speak the language of the CTOs you are pitching to.
