The Role

You will own growth execution at SarthiQ.

This role is focused on driving real user growth through on-ground initiatives, digital channels, partnerships, and experimentation. We are looking for someone who can execute fast, solve problems independently, and help scale the platform from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute growth funnels across acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Drive student user acquisition through online and offline channels
  • Build college-level distribution through student leaders, clubs, and partnerships
  • Execute campus outreach programs, referral campaigns, and activations
  • Run experiments across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and student communities
  • Work closely with the founder on growth initiatives and rapid execution
  • Track and improve key growth metrics including signups, engagement, and retention
  • Coordinate with content, design, and product teams for campaign execution

Who You Are

  • Based in Lucknow (non-negotiable)
  • Must have built or grown something from 0 → 1 (startup, community, project, social page, campus initiative, distribution network, etc.)
  • Bonus if your work involved building and managing networks or communities at scale
  • Strong execution mindset with high ownership
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of figuring things out independently
