Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern who will work at the intersection of recruitment and company partnerships. You will collaborate with startups, understand hiring needs, and ensure the right candidates are matched and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Company Collaboration

→ Connect with startups and companies for hiring requirements

→ Understand role expectations and hiring criteria

→ Guide companies on hiring options:

• Direct hiring from SarthiQ talent pool
• Project-based hiring (evaluate candidates through tasks/projects)

🔹 Talent Sourcing & Screening

→ Identify relevant candidates from the SarthiQ platform

→ Conduct initial screening rounds (calls/interviews)

→ Evaluate candidates based on role fit and readiness

→ Share top recommended candidates with recruiters

🔹 Coordination & Execution

→ Manage communication between candidates and companies

→ Track hiring pipelines and ensure smooth closures

→ Support ongoing hiring campaigns and requirements

Who Should Apply

→ MBA (HR) students preferred
