About the Opportunity

Kaliper Technologies, in association with RampWork, invites applications from motivated students and recent graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition. This remote internship provides practical exposure to recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and AI-assisted recruitment workflows. Interns will gain hands-on experience with technology-enabled hiring processes while developing essential HR and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through professional networking platforms, job portals, and other relevant channels.

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.

• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruitment schedules.

• Support candidate onboarding and AI-assisted interview workflows.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

• Assist with recruitment follow-ups, candidate engagement, and talent pipeline management.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students, fresh graduates, and recent graduates based in India may apply. • Candidates pursuing or holding degrees in BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar productivity tools.

• Willingness to learn recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and AI-enabled HR workflows.

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate recruitment records.

• Prior recruitment experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Internship Benefits

• Internship certificate upon meeting the applicable completion requirements. • Potential performance-based extension beyond the initial 30 days, up to a maximum of six months.

• Potential paid-stipend extensions, subject to performance and organizational policies.

Career Progression:

Performance-Based PPO Opportunity

Eligible interns who successfully complete six months may be considered for a Pre Placement Offer (PPO) of up to ₹1.8 LPA, subject to individual performance, role suitability, availability of positions, and business requirements.

The PPO is an opportunity for potential full-time employment and is not guaranteed. Selection will depend on the organization's evaluation and applicable hiring requirements.

The initial 30-day internship does not automatically guarantee an extension, stipend, or full time employment offer.

Any extension or compensation arrangement will be communicated in accordance with applicable organizational policies.

Internship Duration & Work Mode

• Initial Duration: 45 days.

• Possible Extension: Performance-based extensions up to six months.
