HR Intern

Company: Unessa Foundation


Role Type: Internship (Rolling Intake) | Flexible (Remote or On-site)


Compensation: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000/month stipend + performance incentives


Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas


Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring new team members and volunteers, gaining hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS.


HR Operations: Manage HR databases and documentation, and participate in reviewing and improving HR policies.


Employee Engagement & L&D: Support engagement initiatives, coordinate training sessions, and collect employee feedback.


Training & Mentorship: Receive structured onboarding, regular feedback, and mentorship from senior HR professionals while observing various HR functions.
