We're looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who want hands-on experience in international talent sourcing and recruitment.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates for global AI and multilingual voice data projects.
• Recruit native speakers for multilingual voice recording, transcription, and annotation projects.
• Use LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, Reddit, and other platforms to identify and engage talent.
• Screen candidates and verify language proficiency.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain communication throughout the project.
• Track candidate pipelines using spreadsheets and recruitment tools.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project delivery timelines are met.
• Build talent communities for niche and low-resource languages.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using social media and online platforms for sourcing.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn recruitment and AI operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing is a plus.
• Familiarity with international hiring or AI projects is an advantage.
