Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Research
• System Implementation
• Help in the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR-related metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
• Cross-Functional Liaison
• Provide user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback on new implementations while maintaining process documentation.
• Operational Support

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program at TISS Mumbai.
• Academic Interest
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR technology tools or systems is an advantage.
