Role Overview:

As an HR Intern at SarthiQ, you will play a key role in collaboration with startups for job listing at our platform and helping them find the right talent. Along with that, you will also manage outreach, recruitment, and onboarding of student representatives who will promote SarthiQ’s initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with startups/organizations for job listing at our platform and help them find relevant talent
• Stablish a system for students to apply for job posting at our platform.
• Conduct screening calls, interviews, and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment databases and track outreach progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to design engagement strategies for ambassadors.
• Support event coordination and ambassador-driven promotional activities on campuses.
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and feedback collection from campus teams.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related field).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in recruitment, people management, and campus engagement.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and organized with attention to detail.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Lucknow.
