Innovilla Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to join our team. This role offers a hands-on introduction to essential HR functions, providing the perfect stepping stone for someone passionate about people and organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.


Onboarding: Prepare materials for new hires and help organize orientation sessions.


Employee Records: Maintain and update data within the HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance.


HR Projects: Contribute to engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy updates.


Benefits & Admin: Assist with benefits enrollment, employee inquiries, and general office administrative tasks.


Compliance: Support HR audits and help prepare metrics-based reports.


Qualifications & Skills

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.


Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Core Attributes: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential info with discretion.


Experience: Previous office experience or internships are a plus, but not mandatory.


Work Details & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time Internship (3-month contract).

Stipend: Starting from ₹2,000 per month.
