• Job Title: Inside Sales Trainee / Business Development Executive.
• Work Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site).
• Working Schedule: 5-Day working week.

2. Key Roles and Responsibilities

• International Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within international markets to expand the company’s global footprint.
• Client Relationship Management: Lead client interactions and sales efforts, ensuring a high standard of account handling and long-term relationship building.
• Project & Resource Planning: Develop and present comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and financial estimates.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve organizational sales targets and project milestones.
• Technical Integration: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff, quickly absorbing new technologies to effectively communicate solutions to clients.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Tech, or B.Sc I.T.
• Experience Level: 0-1 Year (Entry-level freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Communication Mastery: Mandatory expert-level proficiency in both written and verbal English.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO project management, including On-page and Off-page SEO strategies.
• Behavioral Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a highly adaptive nature to thrive in a fast-paced IT services environment.
