About the Role

As an Intern at Philips, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on real-world healthcare technology projects. You'll contribute to software development, collaborate with global teams, and gain hands-on experience in building innovative digital solutions in a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, development, and testing of software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on product development and technical problem-solving.
  • Support debugging, issue investigation, and software maintenance.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and agile development activities.
  • Apply computer science fundamentals to solve real-world engineering challenges.

Eligibility

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Proficiency in Java or C#/.NET.
  • Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Basic understanding of scripting and Windows Operating System.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with coding through academic or personal projects.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
