Role Overview:

Work with short-video/episodic creators — onboarding, quality checking content, and tracking performance.

Key Work:

Identify & onboard potential creators

Review creator videos for platform guidelines (Kannada content focus)

Track views, engagement & retention metrics

Coordinate with creators for deadlines & feedback

Maintain creator database & reports

Requirements:

Degree: Media / Communication / Business (students or freshers)

Kannada language mandatory

Interest in reels, OTT, short-form content

Excel/Google Sheets basics

Organized & good communication
