About the Role
Marriott is looking for an HR Services Intern – South Asia to support its Human Resources team in delivering HR services across the South Asia region. You'll gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and internal communications while working with experienced HR professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of HR initiatives, policies, and employee programs.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Help maintain HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and administrative activities.
- Assist with additional HR assignments as required.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for building a career in Human Resources.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
