About the Role:
Join Meesho’s Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Intern! You will work closely with the TA team to handle end-to-end hiring processes, coordinate interviews, and support a metrics-driven environment by preparing recruitment reports and data dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Manage virtual interview drives, events, and the full end-to-end interview process.
Create job posts, screen resumes and applications, and communicate effective feedback to candidates.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including candidates, employees, and alumni.
Prepare and consistently update recruitment reports and dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate or Post-Graduation degree required.
Experience: 0–1 years of similar experience (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Bonus: Prior recruitment experience in a fast-moving, high-growth, or large-scale organization is preferred.
