About the Role:

Join PwC’s Advisory practice within the Valuations Group! You will get hands-on experience helping clients make strategic decisions regarding mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring by valuing a wide spectrum of businesses, shares, and tangible/intangible assets.

Requirement: Pursuing CA with a strong foundation in Valuations (DCF, cost of capital) and Financial Modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply valuation tools and methodologies (e.g., DCF, cost of capital) to real-world business scenarios.

Utilize advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial modeling and reporting.

Work dynamically with minimal supervision while maintaining a high attention to detail.

Navigate databases like Bloomberg and Capitaline (considered a strong plus).

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Currently pursuing a CA qualification.

Experience: Freshers are welcome (prior internship experience in corporate finance/valuations is a bonus).

Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Valuations and Financial Modelling.

Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication, self-motivated, active listener, and a strong team player.
