Role Overview

Hands-on wedding planning role where you’ll manage the entire couple journey — first visit → planning → wedding day execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction

Welcome couples and give venue tours

Help them visualize wedding setups

Explain décor, catering, photography & planning services

Wedding Planning & Design

Finalize décor concepts and layouts

Curate menus and packages

Lock photography styles & pricing

Convert client ideas into practical wedding plans

Coordination

Work with internal teams & vendors

Align timelines, décor, food and photography

Maintain clear communication with clients

Wedding Day Execution

Single point of contact on the wedding day

Handle last-minute issues & coordination

Ensure smooth guest and client experience

Eligibility / Skills

Background: Interior / Architecture / Fashion / Creative fields

Strong visual sense & attention to detail

Good communication & presentation skills

Organized and calm in live event situations

Comfortable working on-site at wedding venues
