Job Title: International Market Advisor – Triage, Hub Performance & Business Development (HEO)

Role Summary:

Support UK businesses to enter and grow in international markets by providing export advice, managing enquiries, and driving business development through the Export Support Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise UK SMEs on market entry, export strategy, and growth opportunities
• Manage and triage business enquiries and maintain CRM records
• Build and manage relationships with local partners and stakeholders
• Support hub performance, reporting, budgets, and service quality
• Contribute to regional business development and trade initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in business development, trade, consulting, or government
• Strong understanding of international markets and commercial strategy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
