• System Support: Provide daily support for internal hotel IT systems, computer networks, office systems, and telephony to minimize outages.
• Issue Management: Record all technical issues and escalate those requiring further attention to the IT Manager.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend potential system improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Guest Assistance: Coordinate with the Business Center Team to resolve Guest-related IT requirements.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all IT services are delivered timely, within budget, and according to Hilton’s operating standards.
