Role Overview

As an IT Executive, you will be the backbone of our hotel’s digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of technical systems across the property, ensuring that our business systems, networks, and telephony infrastructure operate flawlessly. Your mission is to provide a seamless technological experience for both our dedicated team and our valued guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level daily support for all internal hotel IT systems and users to proactively minimize system outages.
• Support the IT Department in delivering top-tier services .
• Actively monitor system performance and resolve technical difficulties .
• Manage and maintain computer networks and telephony systems .

Requirements.

• Proven experience in IT support, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong understanding of networking, telephony, and business-critical software systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to assist team members across all departments.
