Job Summary: Full-time remote internship supporting IT operations and technical processes within a business process outsourcing and automation environment. Interns assist with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and internal technical support.

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide basic technical and system support to internal teams

Assist in monitoring IT systems and resolving issues

Support software, network, and operational processes

Maintain documentation and follow IT procedures

Coordinate with technical teams for smooth workflow operations

Shift: Rotational shifts (6 AM–3 PM, 2 PM–11 PM, 10 PM–7 AM)

Experience/Eligibility:

B.Tech/M.Tech in IT or related field

Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and troubleshooting

Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts
