Jr. HR Associate - Fresh Prints
Specially for Freshers and Graduates (or those graduating by February 2026)
1. Key Employment Details
- Working Hours: 2 PM – 11 PM IST (Night shift/Late afternoon shift).

2. Roles & Responsibilities
As a Jr. HR Associate, you will not just be "screening resumes"; you will be a strategist in the recruitment process. Your tasks include:
- Active Sourcing: Identifying and "headhunting" potential candidates through various channels.
- Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term pipelines of talent.
- End-to-End Coordination: Taking ownership of the hiring process, including scheduling and tracking blockers/outcomes.
- Interviewing: Conducting initial interviews and managing multiple assessment rounds.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Working closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations and timelines.
- Process Improvement: Pitching new ideas to automate or improve the recruitment workflow.
3. Required Skills & Proficiency Levels
•Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- High-Level Verbal English: You must be able to conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers confidently.
- Professional Writing: Essential for drafting emails to candidates, providing status updates to management, and "writing OKRs" (Objectives and Key Results).
