Job Role : Junior Site Operations Manager (Residential Projects)

Key Responsibilities

1. Interior Execution & Site Management

•Manage daily execution of interior fit-out activities.

•Supervise works including flooring, gypsum/POP ceilings, woodwork, painting, polishing, and finishing.

•Be physically present at the project site daily.

2. Drawings & Technical Coordination

•Read and interpret interior design drawings and electrical layouts.

•Ensure correct placement of lighting, switches, fixtures, and furniture.
