Role Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to be based in Lucknow, who will serve as the primary point of contact for colleges and institutions, nurturing relationships, driving collaborations, and supporting outreach activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our network, maintaining partnerships, and creating opportunities to engage students with SarthiQ’s initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with colleges, universities, and key institutional stakeholders in Lucknow and nearby regions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between SarthiQ and partner institutions, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and onboard new colleges and institutions to expand SarthiQ’s outreach network.
  • Plan and execute student outreach initiatives, workshops, and awareness campaigns in collaboration with partner colleges.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, content, etc.) to deliver value to institutional partners and students.
  • Represent SarthiQ at events, seminars, and campus activities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, institutional partnerships, or campus relations (education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, influence, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across Lucknow and nearby regions for on-ground outreach and institutional visits.
