Legal Intern

Location: Noida (On-site)

Role Overview:

Work directly with the company’s Legal Counsel and team on contracts, compliance, and risk management. You’ll basically see how legal actually works inside a tech company — not courtrooms, more corporate law + documentation + negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft and review contracts & agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW, amendments)

* Assist in negotiating vendor/client contracts

* Conduct legal & regulatory research

* Help with compliance checks and policy reviews

* Support IP, dispute, and documentation matters

* Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

* Pursuing LL.B. (or equivalent law degree)

* Strong legal research & analytical skills

* Good English communication

* MS Office proficiency

* Proactive learning attitude
