About Us: The Special School is India’s first and only edtech initiative dedicated to empowering specially-abled students with accessible and inclusive learning solutions. We are building an AI-powered educational app to make learning easier, more personalized, and fully accessible.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Machine Learning Developer Intern who will help design and implement intelligentsystemsto improve accessibility, personalization, and adaptive learning for specially-abled students. Responsibilities:

1) Research, design, and develop ML models for adaptive learning and accessibility features.

2) Work with datasetsrelated to education, accessibility, and student performance.

3) Implement algorithmsfor text-to-speech,speech-to-text, and predictive learning support.

4) Collaborate with the tech and product teamsto integrate ML solutions into the app.

5) Optimize model accuracy, performance, and scalability for real-world usage. Requirements:

1) Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, scikit-learn, orsimilar libraries.

1) Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or accessibility-related ML applicationsis a plus.

2) Familiarity with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation techniques. 3) Good problem-solving skills and passion for building impactful solutions.
