Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an MBA Intern, Growth & Partnerships. The intern will support the development and execution of growth strategies, including market mapping, competitive analysis, and identification of high-potential client segments and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative research, preparing outreach materials, supporting sales conversations, and tracking the performance of growth experiments and partnership initiatives. The intern will help structure and manage pilot programs with potential partners, coordinate cross-functional input from product and research teams, and maintain organized project documentation. The role also involves preparing concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, while proactively suggesting data-informed ideas to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure problems, interpret data, and derive actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written communication, stakeholder alignment, and presentation abilities.
- Exposure to or interest in growth hacking techniques, experimentation, and data-driven go-to-market strategies.
- Foundational sales skills, including prospecting support, lead qualification, and preparing client-facing materials.
- Project management capabilities to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate initiatives across teams.
- Current MBA student or recent MBA graduate with an interest in quantitative finance, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with a bias toward ownership and follow-through.
- Familiarity with financial markets, basic statistics, or data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Python) is a plus
