Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience: Deliver a professional welcome, facilitate quick payments, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Omnichannel Sales: Engage customers to understand their needs and assist them using in-store digital channels.

Merchandising & Business: Forecast trends based on seasonality, select the right offers, and set up strong, experiential visual merchandising.

Community Building: Act as a sports ambassador, partner with local affiliates, and engage customers in sports.

Data & Strategy: Make data-driven decisions to develop local omnichannel performance for your specific sport.

Sustainability: Boost eco-designed and circular sales while actively reducing site emissions and wastage.

Safety: Guarantee the safety of all customers and teammates in-store.
