About the Role

We are looking for passionate and socially driven students who want to create real impact by working closely with India's workforce. As an Onboarding Intern, you'll interact directly with labourers, help them join the Bharat Work platform, assist them in finding employment opportunities, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

This is a highly field-oriented role where you'll work directly with the founders and gain firsthand experience in building a mission-driven startup.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard labourers onto the Bharat Work platform.
• Educate workers about the platform and its benefits.
• Assist labourers in completing registration and profile creation.
• Coordinate with employers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate job placements.
• Help workers discover and apply for suitable work opportunities.
• Collect field feedback and share insights to improve the platform and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and progress.

Eligibility

• Students or recent graduates from any discipline.
• Passionate about creating social impact and improving employment opportunities for India's workforce.
• Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, responsible, and eager to learn.
