Requirement: Highly organized problem-solver with strong coordination skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination: Organize structured assessment batches for sales teams, manage calendar invites, and handle last-minute reschedules.
Candidate Management: Share pre-assessment instructions, guides, and track live attendance (including no-shows and follow-ups).
Session Supervision: Monitor live assessments on a sample basis, ensuring sessions are recorded for quality checks.
Technical Support: Provide real-time troubleshooting for candidates and trainers during sessions.
Data Collection: Coordinate with SPOCs to gather necessary documents (results, participant lists) and maintain regular follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a quick, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking.
