Role Overview

As an Outreach Intern, you’ll support our on-ground engagement efforts in and around Lucknow. Your main goal will be to connect with colleges, organize student-centric activities, and drive participation in SarthiQ's programs.

This is an ideal opportunity for college students or recent graduates who are passionate about student communities, love networking, and want real-world experience in education, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reaching out to colleges and student clubs across Lucknow.
• Support planning and execution of campus events, workshops, and activities.
• Help onboard student ambassadors and representatives from colleges.
• Promote inter-college participation in SarthiQ competitions and challenges.
• Ensure visibility and engagement for SarthiQ among students.
• Collect feedback from students and partners to improve campaigns.
• Share regular updates on outreach activities and impact.

Who Can Apply

• Current college students or recent graduates (any stream).
• Based in Lucknow and available to work from IET Lucknow Incubation Center.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Passionate about education, student development, and community-building.
• Prior involvement in student bodies, college fests, or clubs is a plus.
