Clarivate is hiring a Patent Search Analyst to work within the Intellectual Property (IP) team supporting Fortune 100 clients in various stages of the IP lifecycle management. The role involves conducting patent research, analyzing technical literature, and supporting patent-related decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prior-art searches including patentability, validity, and invalidity analysis.
• Perform Freedom-to-Operate (FTO), infringement analysis, and competitor intelligence research.
• Analyze patent and non-patent technical literature from a technical perspective.
• Identify the most relevant prior art using a structured search strategy.
• Continuously update knowledge in emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, Blockchain, and IoT.
• Follow internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
