Performance Management Intern - Oliver Wyman

Core Responsibilities
System Management: Support and update the ADVANCE performance management tool.
Review Tracking: Monitor outstanding reviews, flag delays, and drive timely completion.
Data & Reporting: Pull system exports, maintain master trackers, and ensure data consistency.
Analysis: Prepare weekly/ad-hoc reports and assist with simple dashboards.
Administration: Handle documentation, filing, and transactional HR requests.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Entry-level (Students or Recent Graduates).
Technical Skills: Strong MS Excel proficiency; basic Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English.
Core Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
Work Style: Multitasker, discreet with confidential data, and a collaborative team player.
