About the role: Own SarthiQ's recruiter revenue end-to-end- from outreach to hire. This is a founder-style role: you'll build the playbook, not follow one.

What you'll do:

• Reach out to startups/companies and close them onto hiring requirements (job postings, screening service, or managed shortlist)
• Scope each requirement with the recruiter — role, skills, project-track fit
• Source and screen candidates from SarthiQ's verified student pool (Live Projects, AI quality scores)
• Deliver shortlists within SLA and manage the recruiter relationship through to hire
• Own the numbers: pricing, upsells, collections, refund-guarantee tracking, and MAU-to-hire conversion

You should have:

• Prior experience closing deals — sales, staffing, campus placement cell, or similar (any industry, but you've felt a "no" before)
• Comfort building process from scratch, not executing an existing one
• Some instinct for both sides of hiring — what companies screen for, and what students actually bring
• Lucknow/UP network or willingness to build one fast
• A metrics-first mindset — you'll track your own conversion and revenue

Compensation:

• Fixed: ₹2 LPA
• Variable: up to ₹2.5 LPA, performance-based (per successful hire + repeat-recruiter bonuses)
• Total potential: up to ₹4.5 LPA
