SuperBryn is co-founded by Nikkitha Shanker, a serial entrepreneur who bootstrapped her last venture to $2M+ ARR and scaled it to 1M+ users across 140+ countries, and Dr. Neethu Mariam Joy, a renowned voice AI researcher whose PhD from IIT Madras and postdoc from King's College London gave her 14+ years of deep expertise in speech recognition and voice AI. Together they are building the trust layer for enterprise voice AI. SuperBryn AI is backed by Kalaari Capital.

About the RoleThis is an early-stage journey and you will be one of the first design hires at SuperBryn. That means real ownership, real impact, and work that shows up in front of customers and a global audience from day one. You will help shape how SuperBryn looks, feels, and communicates to the world, from the product UI to social media to events. This is a full-time in-office role at our HSR Layout, Bengaluru workspace - right in the heart of India's most vibrant AI and startup hub.

As a Product Design Intern, you will work closely with the founding team on UI/UX design for the product, visual design for marketing and media handles, and content creation.

• What You Will DoDesign and iterate on UI/UX flows for the SuperBryn platform, working directly with engineering and product
• Create visual assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other media handles
• Design marketing collaterals including decks, one-pagers, event creatives, and brand assets
• Contribute to content strategy and brand storytelling across channels
• Support event design for webinars, community meetups, and conferences
• Work on short-form video content and reels as a bonus (editing and concept)
• Collaborate with founders on special design projects as needed

What We Are Looking For

A formal degree in design is not a requirement. What matters is your portfolio, your taste, and your ability to execute. That said, if you are pursuing or have completed a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, that is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and/or graphic design work
• Proficiency in Figma (must-have) and at least 2-3 other design or AI design tools
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.)
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to move fast, take feedback well, and iterate quickly

Bonus Points

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
• Experience with video editing and short-form content creation (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Familiarity with motion design or animation
• Interest in AI, voice technology, or B2B SaaS
• Active Behance, Dribbble, or personal portfolio
